Your mission

NOC Operators support 24x7x365 frontline operations by performing monitoring, event triage, Tier-1 troubleshooting, and escalations across client, network, satellite, cloud, and data center environments.

Your profile

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor client's operations 24x7 using approved tools across network, servers, storage, satellite/RF, data center facilities, security devices, public cloud (Azure/AWS), Microsoft 365, and application platforms
  • Perform event handling, alert monitoring, and alarm triage
  • Deliver Tier-1 troubleshooting in accordance with approved SOPs
  • Escalate incidents to Supervisors, Managers, Tier-2 teams, or external providers as required
  • Support incident, major incident, and security incident management processes
  • Carry out routine operational tasks, system checks, and verifications
  • Maintain accurate incident records within UN ITSM / CRM systems
  • Contribute to shift reports, incident reporting, and change-related updates
  • Ensure smooth shift handover with a mandatory 15-minute overlap

Mandatory Skills & Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in NOC / ICT Operations
  • ITIL Foundation (v3 or ITIL 4)
  • Cisco CCNA
  • English proficiency: CEFR B2+
  • Willingness to work 24x7 rotational shifts on-site
